Myanmar receives first shipment of Russia's Su-30 fighter jets

Myanmar has received the first shipment of two Russian Su-30 fighter jets as part of a contract for the delivery of six aircraft. The Sukhoi Su-30SME is designed for various combat purposes and training. The United States has criticized Russia's support for Myanmar's military rulers, stating that it fuels the ongoing conflict in the country.
