After judge's rebuke, Trump returns to court for 3rd day for fraud lawsuit trial

Former President Donald Trump is attending his New York civil fraud trial, which accuses him of deceiving banks and insurers by inflating his wealth. The trial could result in Trump losing control of Trump Tower and other properties. Trump has criticized the trial and called New York Attorney General Letitia James "incompetent." After denigrating a court staffer on social media, the judge imposed a gag order.
