Indonesia's leading presidential hopeful picks Widodo's son to run for VP in 2024 election
Sunday, 22 October 2023 Indonesia's presidential hopeful, Prabowo Subianto, has chosen Joko Widodo's eldest son, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, as his running mate in the upcoming election. Despite not meeting the age requirement of 40, an exception was made by the Constitutional Court, leading to criticism of nepotism and concerns about the democratic process.
