Ex-British intelligence worker jailed for attempted murder of US NSA employee

A former British intelligence worker, Joshua Bowles, has been sentenced to 13 years in jail for attempting to murder a US National Security Agency (NSA) employee. Bowles, who had previously worked at the British intelligence agency GCHQ, stabbed the woman outside a leisure centre in Cheltenham in March. He stated that he targeted her due to her employment at the NSA, believing that American intelligence was the largest contributor in the intelligence community.
