This is why Kim Jong Un is shutting many North Korean embassies

IndiaTimes Friday, 3 November 2023
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is closing down several of the country's embassies, including those in Uganda, Angola, and Spain, as part of a major scaling back. North Korea's embassies have been accused of engaging in illegal financial schemes and smuggling activities to fund their operations. The closures also come as North Korea has been sending munitions to Russia.
