Syrian army attack kills 9 civilians in rebel bastion: Monitor

Syrian government bombardment in northwestern Idlib province killed nine civilians, including six children who were olive harvesters in the village of Qoqfin. The bombardment occurred in the mountainous Jabal al-Zawiya area. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the victims included a woman and children. Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) controls parts of Idlib province and neighboring areas. The conflict in Syria has resulted in over half a million deaths and mass displacement.
