Pope cancels Saturday activities because of mild flu - Vatican

Pope Francis cancelled his morning audiences on Saturday due to mild flu. He holds regular meetings with Vatican officials, including the head of the Vatican department overseeing bishop appointments, as well as private audiences. He also had a meeting scheduled with the president of Guinea Bissau. Earlier this month, the Pope skipped a prepared speech for a meeting with European rabbis due to a cold. Francis is missing part of one lung, which was removed when he was young.
