Los Angeles rampage: Man charged with 3 murders of homeless men
Tuesday, 5 December 2023 Prosecutors charged Jerrid Joseph Powell, 33, for the fatal shootings of three homeless men in Los Angeles and a suburban resident. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office announced four counts of murder, along with robbery and firearm charges. Powell, appearing in court with Deputy Public Defender Carlos Bido, did not enter a plea. The arraignment was continued.
