Seoul, Tokyo, and Washington increased defense cooperation in response to record-breaking weapons tests by Pyongyang. US deploys strategic weapons, such as B-52 bombers, in joint drills on Korean peninsula, which North Korea considers intentional nuclear war provocative moves.
