UN offers 'strong' condemnation to ISIS attack in Moscow; here's how world reacted

The attack on Crocus City Hall in Moscow on Friday, which killed nearly 60 people and injured 145, drew international outrage, with the UN head and the Security Council calling for justice. The UN chief condemned the attack in "strongest possible terms". The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
