European allies rally around Ukraine, to raise defence spending

European leaders have declared an increase in military spending to bolster Ukraine with economic and military aid, aiming to deter potential invaders. The UK will provide significant financial support for air defence missiles. A peace plan involving the UK, Ukraine, France, and other nations will be drawn up and presented to the US.
