Russia to rule on removing Taliban from 'terror' list after 20 years

Russia's Supreme Court is set to consider removing the Taliban from its terrorist organization list on April 17, following a recommendation from the prosecutor general's office. The move comes as Russia continues to engage diplomatically with the Taliban despite their terrorist classification since 2003.
