Struggling cow saved from drowning in well in southern India
A cow that accidentally fell into a well was rescued after a marathon operation in the south Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
The incident took place on January 22 in Sokkalal Secondary School located in Mukkudal town in the state's Tirunelveli district.
The locals informed the Cheranmagadevi Fire Department about animal in distress.
Wasting no time, a team of firefighters, led by officer Arumugam, arrived at the scene and carried out the rescue operation.
