Amusing moment officer in Philippines uses 'reverse psychology' to keep people indoors

Residents in the Philippines were bemused by a council official's attempt to keep them indoors during the coronavirus lockdown by using reverse psychology and telling them to go outside.

The town hall leader was heard saying: ''Good evening everyone, just a simple reminder: do not go inside your house and take your dinner outside along with your children, so that, all of us will get infected.

Since we are all hard-headed people and who do not want to listen to the government.

'' The amusing moment was captured on March 20th at 8 pm in Caloocan City in the capital Metro Manila area of the Philippines, where residents are subject to a community lockdown.

They are also subject to curfews preventing them from going outside after 8pm.
