Opposition warns of grid failure; Power Ministry assesses impact of PM's call
PM Modi's call to switch off lights on Sunday at 9 pm for 9 minutes has sparked off a major row.
While Maharashtra energy minister Nitin Raut warned that such a step could result in grid collapse which would mean emergency services would also suffer.
