Driver stranded after huge boulders shower like METEORS

A driver was stranded as huge boulders began to rain from the side of a mountain - like a shower of METEORS.

Mahesh K from India was on a thirty day road trip when he came upon a mountain range in Ramban, India.

A violent landslide had begun down the slopes of one of the mountains but the boulders had garnered so much speed that they began to shoot from mountain like a hail of meteorites.

The video gives viewers a snapshot into the terrifying event left  Mahesh trapped for a whole day until the Indian army came to the rescue.

The 22-year-old mechanical engineer said: "Shown in the video are shooting rocks,  these are very dangerous in mountain passes.

''Because of this we stayed in Bamban for a day then the army came to rescue us.

It was scary but amazing.

''Driving to the daddy of all the mountain passes, and experiencing this exhilarating unbelievable kind of moment, honestly could you ask for more?"
