Special train carrying migrant workers departs from Sabarmati for Agra

A special train carrying migrant workers left from Sabarmati in Ahmedabad for Agra in Uttar Pradesh amid coronavirus lockdown.

1200 migrant workers were sent to their home town through the train having a capacity of 2,400 people on May 02.

Gujarat Home Minister, Pradipsinh Jadeja said, "The train will cover 900 km in 15-16 hours, the train has a capacity of 2400 people and 1200 migrant labourers are being sent to their home town today."
