Loose wheel baffles passing drivers after rolling along road in Bangkok
Drivers were baffled after seeing a loose wheel appear from nowhere at a busy intersection in Thailand.
Dozens of cars and motorcycle riders were queuing at the lights when the alloy came rolling by, hit a curb and bounced into the air on May 17.
Moments later, a rider parked his bike and took the wheel out of the road, while other cars were blocked by the coming tire.
The motorcycle rider, whose helmet camera captured the incident, said: "It was lucky for all the road users at the time that nobody was hit by the wheel and injured.
It could have easily caused a bad accident, but fortunately it stopped safely by the pavement.''
