Just because the Biloxi Shuckers haven’t played a game in 2020 doesn’t mean MGM Park isn’t going to good use.

The biloxi shucker- haven't played a game in- 20-20...- doesn't mean m-g-m park isn't - - - - going to good use.- friday's slate of games kicked- off the louisiana knights' thir- weekend, at the home of the - shuckers... where there are - no restrictions, on the college- recruiting dead period... which- was extended, due to covid-19..- otherwise keeping the - knights, from playing at other- shcools... over the summer.

- from east texas to louisiana, - mississippi, alabama and the- florida panhandle... the knight- have 24 high school - teams... and 125 players- currently committed or- signed... with college- programs... and they're all - here... - in biloxi.- - "jeff, for us it was an opportunity for us to - find a place for our kids to- play.

And then with the shucker- not being able to fill their- stadium because minor league- baseball was on hold, it was a- - - - perfect marriage.

And it really- came together quickly.

We had a- few intricacies to work out.- but it's been a great - opportunity for our kids, our - parents and for the shuckers."
