The video, shot in the city of Shangrao in Jiangxi Province on July 8, shows the buildings collapsing into a flooded river.

Due to the heavy rain, the water level of the river rose up to 23.7-metres-high, which exceeded the highest record in 1998 in history.

Nearby people have been evacuated and no one was injured.
