In her bid for re-election, Sen.
Susan Collins (R-Me.) has just lost another major endorsement.
The Human Rights Campaign has decided to back Democrat Sara Gideon in her bid to unseat the Maine Republican.
HRC is one of America's largest LGBTQ advocacy groups and has supported Collinsโ reelection campaigns since 2002.
But according to HuffPost, the organization said Wednesday that it could no longer do so.
The HRC explained Sen.
Collins' support of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and President Donald Trump's agenda was the core cause of the move.
