Assam Police recover huge arms and ammunition from Kokrajhar

Assam police recovered arms and ammunition from Saraibil and Serfanguri areas of Kokrajhar district in Assam on August 16.

District's Superintendent of Police, Rakesh Raushan said, "On the base of internal input we have recovered 5 AK rifles, 1 INSAS rifle, 1 MMG with chain, 5 pistols and a huge quantity of ammunition from hideouts." It is yet not confirmed whom the arms and ammunition belong to.
