Last year year Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli were charged in the college admissions cheating scandal for paying $500,000.

Now, ELLE reports that they each face jail time in the case.

Mossimo will go to prison for five months and face 2 years of supervised release.

Lori will go to prison for 2 months and face two years of supervised release.

A source told E!

That Lori and Mossimo "are terrified about going to jail" because of the ongoing spread of COVID-19 within the prison systems.
