The BMW X3 xDrive30e Design

The new BMW X3 xDrive30e combines the typical qualities of a Sports Activity Vehicle with particularly efficient drive technology.

The plug-in hybrid model is also characterized by agile handling and sporty driving characteristics, robust versatility, a variable interior space, premium quality and advanced networking technology.

Its BMW xDrive system distributes the drive torque between the front and rear wheels at all times, even when driving purely on electric power, in order to guarantee sporty driving characteristics on the road and superior off-road performance on unpaved terrain.

The drive power is generated by a 2.0 liter, 135 kW / 184 PS four-cylinder petrol engine with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology and an electric motor with an output of 80 kW / 109 PS integrated into the 8-speed Steptronic transmission.

Together, the two drive units mobilize a system output of 215 kW / 292 PS.

The maximum system torque of the plug-in hybrid drive is 420 Nm.

The new BMW X3 xDrive30e accelerates from zero to 100 km / h in 6.1 seconds.

Its top speed is 210 km / h.
