India crosses 75-lakh mark with 55,722 new COVID-19 cases
India crossed 75 lakhs mark with 55,722 new COVID-19 cases and 579 deaths in last 24 hours on October 19.
The total number of cases now stands at 75,50,273.
It includes 7,72,055 active cases (dip by 11,256 since yesterday), 66,63,608 cured/discharged/migrated (rise by 66,399 since yesterday) and 1,14,610 deaths (rise by 579 since yesterday).
According to Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), a total of 9,50,83,976 samples were tested for COVID-19 up to 18th October.
