During the chakka jam, a flag with a portrait bearing resemblance to Bhindranwale, who was the face of insurgency in Punjab, was seen on a tractor in Punjab's Ludhiana today.

'Chakka jam' was held from 12 pm to 3 pm today blocking national, state highways across the country.
