Charlie Baker announced Gillette Stadium, Fenway Park, and TD Garden will be permitted to reopen with a 12 percent capacity limit.

He also said indoor performance venues and indoor recreational activities can reopen, with capacity limits across all sectors can increase to 50 percent.
