A car was towed with a baby inside Thursday afternoon, after police said a father left it illegally parked downtown while he ran into a store. CBS 2 Political Investigator Dana Kozlov reports.
A baby boy fell out of the backseat of a fast moving car in the middle of a busy South Sacramento intersection – and those tense moments caught on surveillance video.
