Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri spoke on passengers violating Covid-19 guidelines amid a surge in cases.

“We can win the fight against Covid but negligence of some people is creating problems. Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has been instructed to crack the whip.
We can issue guidelines in regard to Covid-19 but some people are being careless.
We have now started putting violators on the no-fly list.
