There's secret understanding between PM Modi, Kerala CM: Congress
General secretary of Indian National Congress Randeep Singh Surjewala slammed Kerala government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Centre by alleging that there is a secret understanding between both the parties.
He alleged that Kerala government is purchasing electricity from Adani's Long Term Wind Power Project by paying him high cost.
"The solar power is available at Rs 1 cheaper to Adani's Wind power.
The quota of the solar power was reduced by PM Modi and CM Vijayan 2.5 per cent to 0.25 percent why, then Kerala would have benefitted," he said.
