Citing vaccine shortage, Maharashtra govt unsure of starting phase-3 inoculation

Maharashtra government voiced concerned over vaccine availability for phase 3, scheduled to start from May 01 for 18-44 age group.

"The cabinet will make a decision on the issue of vaccination for people above 18 years of age and how much will it cost the State.

All this will be discussed in the cabinet meeting.

The answer lies within the availability of the vaccine," said Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope.
