Further deaths as clashes escalate between Israel and Hamas
Escalating clashes between Israel and the Gaza Strip-based Palestinian group Hamas have seen continued air strikes and rocket attacks overnight, with 35 Palestinians and five Israelis having lost their lives in recent days.Among the targets hit in Gaza City was the police headquarters.
In a further sign of the dangerous situation, members of Israel's Arab minority have also clashed with police.
