The Israeli Air Force struck over 70 targets in Gaza, including weapon depots and terror group infrastructure. Ground forces killed operatives and located rocket launchers in Rafah and Jabaliya. This marks a significant breakthrough for Israel in Rafah, despite international concerns about a high-casualty operation affecting hostage negotiations. A senior Palestinian Islamic Jihad operative was also killed.
