The video, filmed in the city of Suqian in Jiangsu Province on June 3, shows a digger clearing away the mud around an elderly woman while several firemen used their bare hands to clear the mud on the woman's legs.
After around three hours, the elderly woman was rescued successfully.
Firefighters helped clean the elderly woman's hands before handing her over to the paramedic for IV drips.
She was then carried onto an ambulance and sent to hospital for treatment.
