Today we look at two noteworthy recent insider buys.

On Tuesday, Krispy Kreme's Director, Olivier Goudet, made a $4.71M buy of DNUT, purchasing 294,118 shares at a cost of $16.02 a piece.

Goudet was up about 19.6% on the buy at the high point of today's trading session, with DNUT trading as high as $19.16 in trading on Friday.

Krispy Kreme Inc is trading up about 4.4% on the day Friday.

This buy marks the first one filed by Goudet in the past year.

And at Acumen Pharmaceuticals, there was insider buying on Tuesday, by Director John A.

Stalfort III who purchased 35,000 shares at a cost of $16.00 each, for a trade totaling $560,000.

Acumen Pharmaceuticals is trading up about 2.6% on the day Friday.

So far Stalfort III is in the green, up about 15.3% on their purchase based on today's trading high of $18.45.
