The chief executive of disability access charity Level Playing Field discusses disabled fans feelings about anti-coronavirus measures at football grounds.Owain Davies' comments came in light of a survey by the charity that found the overwhelming majority of disabled fans are keen to return to venues straight away, but more than two in five said they would not do so without face coverings being mandatory.
