In a video that went viral on social media, a man from Bihar’s Sheohar district was seen riding a a horse to protest against the rising petrol prices.
The man in the viral video, identified as Abhijit Tiwari is a rural revenue franchisee whose work is to collect energy bills from consumers.
Tiwari was seen riding a horse to collect payment against energy bills thereby protesting against the hike in petrol prices.
