22 in Palo Alto.
The former Hewlett Packard HQ will now serve as Tesla's global engineering HQ.
The move is somewhat surprising since Musk previously criticized the state for "overregulation, overlitigation, overtaxation" and even moved Tesla's corporate HQ from the area to Austin, TX, in 2021.
