Paharganj Holi case: 4 held including a juvenile for harassing Japanese woman in Delhi | Oneindia
Delhi Police has apprehended three boys, including one juvenile, in relation to the incident of harassment of a Japanese woman during Holi.The investigation began as the video of the woman being groped and harassed by a group of men in Delhi during Holi celebrations emerged.
The girl has not filed a complaint so far and has left for Bangladesh according to the recent reports.
