In a fiery new statement, Russian President Vladimir Putin accused Ukraine of violating Russia’s ceasefire proposals by launching a massive drone and missile offensive. According to Putin, Ukraine ignored multiple Russian peace overtures — including a Victory Day ceasefire offer — and responded instead with an unprecedented 524 drones, Western-supplied missiles, and 45 unmanned sea vessels.
