India's External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar took a dig at Pakistan over cross-border terrorism.
He added that India has always delivered on the commitment not to encourage such practices.
His comments come ahead of Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari's visit to India in May to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation meeting.
