MP rolls eyes as Just Stop Oil interrupts Commons committee
A parliamentary committee hearing was suspended on Wednesday after being interrupted by Just Stop Oil protests.
It happened as Metropolitan Police Temporary Assistant Commissioner Matt Twist was being quizzed by the Home Affairs Committee about the arrests of protesters during the King's Coronation.
Conservative MP Tim Loughton, who was leading the questioning, could be seen rolling his eyes before the sitting was suspended.

Environmental campaign group Just Stop Oil held their 'final protest' since announcing they will stop direct action, claiming it has won its demand to end new oil and gas.
The group had drawn attention, criticism and jail terms for protests ranging from throwing soup on Vincent van Goghâs Sunflowers and spray painting Charles Darwinâs grave to climbing on gantries over the M25.

There was no evidence of "two-tier policing" in the police's handling of riots that erupted after last year's Southport murders, a new report by MPs has found. The report by the Home Affairs Committee, published on Monday, examined the police response to disorder that broke out following the stabbings in July last year. Eight men, including seven Iranian nationals, have been arrested in two unconnected counter-terrorism operations, the Metropolitan Police has confirmed.
Five were held over an alleged plot to attack a single premises, while three others were arrested under national security laws. A teenager has died after he âgot into difficultyâ in a lake in south-east London, police said. Officers and paramedics were called to Beckenham Place Park in Lewisham shortly after 3pm on Friday.
