Trump, which included the charges of “Conspiracy to Defraud the United States, Conspiracy to Obstruct an Official Proceeding, Obstruction and Attempt to Obstruct an Official Proceeding, and Conspiracy Against Rights” in regards to January 6th.

This is the 1st Federal indictment of the 3 that have been brought against the front runner of the Republican presidential race.

Special Counsel Jack Smith brought the indictment in Washington D.C.
