Spanish football boss apologises for kissing World Cup star at ceremony

Luis Rubiales, the president of the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), apologises for kissing star player Jenni Hermoso on the lips after Spain's win in the Women's World Cup.

Rubiales, 45, says it happened "without any ill intention in a moment of the highest exuberance".

He kissed Hermoso after she collected her medal, provoking an immediate global reaction.
