This episode contains some foul language as the characters share their stories of adolescent abuse.

But you'll see Colt make giant strides toward escaping his fears and embracing freedom from abuse and anxiety.

The therapists in these chapters are modeled, with their written permission, on my own group therapy leaders.

The characters are fictitious, other than the therapists.

The conversations are completely made up.

But the hope and healing offered in these scenes is one hundred percent possible for you.
