J&K-based Tehreek-e-Hurriyat declared 'Unlawful Association' under UAPA by MHA | Oneindia News
Under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), the Tehreek-e-Hurriyat, Jammu and Kashmir (TeH) has been officially designated as an 'Unlawful Association.'
Home Minister Amit Shah shared on X that the organisation engages in prohibited actions aimed at the secession of Jammu and Kashmir from India and the establishment of Islamic rule.
