It's 2024 and we are still fighting Gatekeeping.
It shows up in not just our mundane daily lives, but also in our spiritual ones.... right where it shouldn't be.
A person's relationship with the Divine is PERSONAL.
If you do not follow a specific Tradition that has stated guidelines and traditions (or dogma, yes), then the "rules" are a bit looser.
Regarding any tools or accoutrement that might be considered necessary to be a practicing Pagan or Witch, well those are even more in flux.
Gatekeeping should be left behind a locked gate in our society today rather than locking others and both their access and desire to learn behind a gate.
