Police Attack ANOTHER disabled man in wheelchair. This one lived. I think?

The reason this is happening: the system hates disabled people, whether mentally disabled or physically or god forbid you are both.

This man in the wheelchair will hopefully survive.

But Donald Burgess from Sussex didn't.

He was 93, one leg, in a wheel chair, with dementia, in a care home, the police tasered him, pepper sprayed him, battened him, hand cuffed him and dragged him out of his chair and arrested him.

He died three weeks later in hospital.
