Serbia's capital descended into chaos as thousands of anti-government protesters clashed with riot police in Belgrade, demanding the resignation of President Aleksandar Vucic and early elections. A quiet afternoon in Santa Monica turned into chaos as gunshots rang out at a popular shopping mall. A suspect—linked to a previous shooting involving a Waymo autonomous vehicle—allegedly shot two teenagers before ambushing a police officer during a foot chase.
