Supreme Court Grants Manish Sisodia Bail in Both CBI and ED Cases, Says Has Right To Speedy Trial

On August 9, 2024, the Supreme Court of India granted bail to former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in both CBI and ED cases related to the Excise Policy.

The court emphasised Sisodia's right to a speedy trial, citing his 17-month incarceration.

Sisodia must pay β‚Ή10 lakh in bail bonds, surrender his passport, and report to the police station weekly.

The court's decision allows him to challenge the charges under more favourable conditions, following earlier denials of bail by lower courts.

Dharmasthala Lies Exposed: How the Myth of Ananya Bhat Unraveled with Fake College, Job Records

For over two decades, a shocking tale has circulated β€” a mother’s claim that her daughter, Ananya Bhat, went missing in Dharmasthala under the shadow of powerful forces. But the SIT investigation paints a very different picture. No medical college records, no CBI job files, no hospital admission logs β€” not even acquaintances recalling a daughter. Even the so-called grave evidence collapsed, with forensic tests confirming the remains were male. #Dharmasthala #DharmasthalaControversy #DharmasthalaSITProbe #Karnataka #HinduReligion #SocialMediaTruth #Heritage #BreakingNews #Dharmasthala #DharmasthalaControversy #SITInvestigation #KarnatakaNews #TruthVsPropaganda #IndianTemples #SouthIndiaNews
